I-87 to Glens Falls Exit 18. Right on Corinth Road (County Rt 28), 0.6 miles to Richardson Street. Right on Richardson Street, 0.5 miles to Edgewater Place and parking at end of Towpath Lane. Trail access across footbridge over Canal.

Historic Locks Park
I-87 to Glens Falls Exit 17N for Rt 9 north. Rt 9 north 1.25 miles to right on Rt 197 (Reynolds Road) east, 4.5 miles to Fort Edward. Left on Rt 4 north, 0.4 miles to Burgoyne Avenue. Left on Burgoyne Avenue, north 0.75 miles to Historic Locks Park, parking and trail access on right.
