Built in 1882, our "Peaches and Dreams" Bed and Breakfast is located on 20 Woodlawn Avenue in historic Fairport, New York. This quaint village, established in 1821, has many historic homes, sight-seeing boat tours, antique and gift shoppes and a local museum. Restaurants and coffee shops abound within easy walking distance. The village is part of the Town of Perinton, which recently received the honor of being named Trail Town U.S.A. because of its many enjoyable bicycle trails and the Canal Towpath which is part of the Erie Canal system. (You may enjoy use of our bicycles free of charge to experience these trails, should you desire.)

We invite you to enjoy real "Grandma's House" coziness. Relax and make yourself comfortable in our guest rooms decorated with a Victorian flair. Our rooms are very inviting with queen size beds and antique furnishings. Our grounds are well groomed with flowers in abundance. We have two bedrooms to share with you, our guests. Each must be seen to be truly appreciated!

Feel free use our wireless internet access, relax in one of the common sitting areas, on one of our decorative porches, in the screened in patio, or in the comfort and privacy of your Victorian bedroom if you are so inclined. Or take a leisurely stroll through our English Cottage gardens.
